Dreams about our future are funny things. We get an idea in our head for something that we equally wish will come true but also quite possibly might not.

To us, dreams = possibility. And possibility is something to aim for. Our guess is you’ve held a dream in your head and focused on the possibility. We assume that something manifested from that. Maybe not that original dream but something.

So do you have a dream? Even something that seems totally impossible?

This week’s challenge is to think about one dream. Even if you do think it’s impossible today. Now take a post-it note and write down one word that represents that dream. Now put that post-it note on your bathroom mirror. Yes, your bathroom mirror. It’s the one place I’m pretty confident you will look at least once per day.

Joanna’s post-it has a number.

It’s a dream only she knows. But every day she’s reminded. She has a dream. And while she’s not always focused on it, having it on the bathroom mirror is the gentle nudge to remind her.

“The secret of making dreams come true can be summarized in four C’s. They are Curiosity, Confidence, Courage, and Constancy; and the greatest of these is Confidence.” ―Walt Disney
